Situated on a challenging 27,000 sq. ft. trapezoidal lot within one of Vadodara’s key development nodes, this project transcends the typical “Vastu-compliant” marketing narrative. Our approach was to treat Vastu Shastra not as a stagnant checklist, but as a rigorous framework for climatology and functional logic.
Site-Specific Intelligence: The building’s form is a direct response to its unique geometry. By strategically orienting the tower’s primary facades toward the North and South, we achieved a dual objective: maximizing the site’s spatial potential while significantly minimizing solar heat gain. This thoughtful positioning ensures that the building remains naturally cooler, reducing the long-term energy footprint of the residences.
Spatial Fluidity & Efficiency: The 13-story tower comprises 24 premium units, further divided into 22 single storey flats and two expansive duplex penthouses. Each residence is a study in Perceived Scale, designed to feel significantly larger than its physical footprint. By eliminating redundant circulation corridors, the floor plans achieve a seamless flow where every square foot is functional and adds value. Living spaces are designed as expandable zones, opening onto deep balconies that invite the outdoors in.
